How do I return my order?
We are sorry you did not love your eos order! Please fill in a contact us form here with your order number and the products you would like to return. One of our customer service representatives will reach out to you.
Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased directly through the eos website (https://evolutionofsmooth.com). Products purchased through a Third-Party Retailer, must be returned or exchanged to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s own return policy.
Unopened and unused items can be returned at your own shipping cost within our return window. While we don’t currently cover return shipping, we’re always here to make the process simple and smooth.
When will I get my order?
We are working very hard to get you your order in a timely fashion. We deliver to the 48 continental US states. Standard shipping is via USPS and will deliver within 8-12 business days.
Marked as Delivered? Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. We've found that many show up within 3–4 business days, so we recommend keeping an eye out just a little longer. It’s also worth checking in with neighbors or your local post office just in case it was delivered nearby.
For high value orders, to help us open a formal investigation with the carrier, we kindly ask that you submit a delivery claim. This step helps us get things moving quickly on your behalf.

Where we ship
We currently ship online orders only to locations inside the United States. At this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. We are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
We currently do not authorize any shipments to PO Boxes or any type of shipping facility.
