How do I return my order?
We are sorry you did not love your eos order! Please email us at orders@evolutionofsmooth.com with your order number and the products you would like to return. One of our customer service representatives will reach out to you.
When will I get my order?
We are working very hard to get you your order in a timely fashion. We deliver to the 48 continental US states. Standard shipping is via USPS and will deliver within 8-12 business days.

Where we ship
We currently ship online orders only to locations inside the United States. At this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
We are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
We currently do not authorize any shipments to PO Boxes or any type of shipping facility. If you cannot provide an alternate shipping address, eos will not take any responsibility for lost, damaged, or misplaced packages and their contents and cannot offer any type of refund or credit toward that shipment.
USA shipping policy
Shipping for all products will be via USPS First Class Mail or UPS service. Shipping costs are $5.99.
