What types of ingredients can I find in eos?

All of our products are hypoallergenic, dermatologist-tested and gluten-free, with best-in-class ingredients like shea butter, jojoba oil, and antioxidant vitamins. I have sensitive skin. Can I use eos products?

Our products can be used on all skin types. All eos products are tested by dermatologists on humans under strict lab conditions to confirm that they can be safely used on sensitive skin. All of our products are hypoallergenic and meet or exceed all safety and quality standards set by the cosmetic industry. Please review the ingredients for each product to ensure you have no known sensitivities.

How does eos ensure their products are safe?

We validate all our products using rigorous testing by our own scientists and by independent labs. As a first step, we assess the specifications and testing done by suppliers of each ingredient in our products and choose only those that meet our standards. Every final product is then tested for a range of safety and quality standards, as well as for their effectiveness. Do you test on animals?

We care about our furry friends. eos does not test any of our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask anyone to do so on our behalf.

The color of my lip balm looks different. Should I be concerned?

The color of your eos lip balm may vary slightly due to normal fluctuations in the natural and organic ingredients. Our lip balms may range from off-white to a yellow tint, depending on the specific lip balm in question.

The color variations are due to the natural flavors, oils, butters and waxes we use in our products. Brown specks in the lip balm are usually stevia, a natural sweetener in our lip balms. During the filling process, stevia crystals may brown due to the heat levels used to liquefy the lip balm. If your lip balm isn’t closed fully, it can pick up lint or dust from a purse or pocket.

All eos lip balms are manufactured and tested to meet or exceed all industry standards.

Yes, the lawsuit has been resolved, confirming that eos lip balms are safe. Our lip balms are hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, made with the highest quality ingredients, meet or exceed all safety and quality standards set by our industry and are validated by rigorous safety testing conducted by independent labs.

My lip balm is broken or has gotten stuck in the lid. Can you please help me?

If your balm has broken or has gotten stuck in the lid, please fill out the Contact Us form on our website or email us directly at info@evolutionofsmooth.com. We would request that you would include your address and an original photo of the broken balm. The picture needs to contain proof that this is an original image, for example, the picture can contain: today's newspaper or a post-it with your name and date written next to it.
